On October 12, our county held the Homecoming Reception for 2022 Veterans and the Opening Ceremony of Adaptive Training. Present at the meeting were Gao Xingjiang, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the County Bureau of Veterans Affairs; Liu Baofeng, Full-time Deputy Secretary of the County Public Employment and Talent Service Center; Liu Junji, Member of the Party Committee of the County Vocational Education Center School; Zhang Zhipeng, Member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of the County Rural Commercial Bank; directors of Veterans Service Stations of all towns, subdistricts and industrial parks, as well as the 2022 veterans. 

Having forged the aspiration to serve the country during military service, they now take off their uniforms and embark on a new journey. Yu Zhenhua, representative of the 2022 veterans, delivered a statement of commitment. Pan Hao and Zhang Dong, outstanding veteran entrepreneurs, shared their experience in work, employment and entrepreneurship respectively. Zhang Zhipeng briefed the participants on relevant financial policies. 

Gao Xingjiang first extended a warm welcome and sincere condolences to the veterans returning home after honorable discharge. He noted that the People’s Army serves as a strong guarantee for national development and construction. During their military service, all of you have followed the Party’s command, remained loyal to the Party, been stationed in military camps, and successfully accomplished various urgent, difficult, dangerous and arduous tasks. You have contributed to national defense and brought glory to your hometown Linqu, fully demonstrating the fine qualities of young people from Linqu. He hoped that in future work and daily life, all veterans will uphold a correct political orientation, maintain a high degree of consistency with the Party Central Committee in ideology and action, give full play to the exemplary vanguard role of veterans, strive to make new achievements in new posts, and contribute your wisdom and hard work to the high-quality economic and social development of our hometown.
