This morning, Shandong Best Integrated Housing Co., Ltd. and Zhongxi Yi Coatings Technology Development Co., Ltd. held a strategic signing ceremony in Weifang, Shandong. Mr. Liu Chang, North China General Manager of Zhongxi Yi Coatings Technology Development Co., Ltd., and Mr. Wang Biao, Deputy General Manager of Best Integrated Housing Co., Ltd., attended the ceremony. Representing their respective companies, the two parties announced further deepening of technical cooperation. Building on Best Integrated Housing’s technology of new invisible, lightweight, rapidly-assembled foldable housing, together with Zhongxi Yi Coatings Technology’s new rare-earth heat-breaking thermal barrier coatings, both sides will jointly develop new integrated thermal-insulated housing and an intelligent monitoring platform for project management. This will accelerate the high-quality, high-level development of new smart modular technology housing and build a benchmark enterprise base for digital monitoring.

Metal reflective thermal barrier coating is a new environmentally friendly, energy-saving and low-carbon coating integrating reflection and heat insulation functions. It can highly reflect visible light and near-infrared rays within the 250–2500 nm range and effectively prevent heat accumulation from sunlight. Its reflection principle lies in the fine-particle composite rare-earth crystals in the coating components, which deliver high reflectivity and rapid heat dissipation for near-infrared and visible light waves that generate heat from solar radiation. More than 95% of solar radiation energy will not be absorbed by the substrate. Its thermal barrier mechanism is that the rare-earth thermal barrier composite material in the coating can significantly block inward heat conduction, so as to avoid temperature rise inside the base layer. The product is applicable to metal roofs, chemical transmission pipelines and other scenarios. It can markedly reduce high temperatures caused by heat accumulation on object surfaces under continuous solar irradiation and delivers remarkable thermal insulation and cooling performance.
