Celebrating the 74th National Day: Best Wins the Temporary Restroom Rental Support Project for Hefei Garden Expo Park, Contributing to the World’s Largest Garden Event
As we celebrate the 74th anniversary of the National Day, our company has successfully won the bid for the rental project of temporary smart public restrooms at Hefei Garden Expo Park, the world’s largest garden expo. This project carries special significance. It serves not only as a tribute to the 74th birthday of our motherland, but also recognition of our company’s technical strength and operational capabilities.
Located in southern Hefei, Hefei Garden Expo Park covers an area of approximately 12 square kilometers. As a comprehensive garden expo integrating garden art, cultural tourism and scientific research, it offers a unique viewing platform for visitors worldwide. Our success in securing this project stems from our outstanding rental proposal for smart public restrooms, which fully demonstrates the features of intelligence, environmental friendliness and convenience.
During the bidding process, we carefully prepared the tender documents, elaborating thoroughly on our design proposal and implementation plan. At the on-site bid presentation, our vivid and detailed presentation impressed the judges and the project owner. After fierce competition, our company was awarded the contract. The joy of winning the bid was beyond words, serving as the best reward for our team’s hard work.
In the project planning phase, we formulated a detailed construction plan and clarified staffing and equipment supply. Nevertheless, we encountered several challenges during project implementation. For instance, how to complete equipment procurement and installation within a tight timeframe, and how to guarantee construction quality to meet the owner’s requirements. To tackle these issues, we continuously optimized construction plans and strengthened communication and coordination with the owner to ensure on-time delivery. Within a 13-day construction period, we manufactured 280 off-grid smart toilet cubicles to high standards, equipped with photovoltaic-powered ionic ozone deodorization and disinfection technology, as well as photovoltaic infrared automatic sensing and voice-activated lighting systems. These fully intelligent restrooms were deployed at Hefei Garden Expo Park, showcasing the strengths of our modern off-grid mobile restroom technology and our fine corporate image to the world.
To deliver high-quality washroom experiences for visitors to Hefei Garden Expo Park, we adopted human-centered design for the smart public restrooms. Professional cleaning staff and waste & water replenishment teams were assigned. In addition, we established a sound sanitation management system. We dispatched 68 personnel for operational support and 8 technicians for maintenance, providing 24-hour supply services with 6 water purification vehicles and 4 sewage suction vehicles. From the park opening on September 26 to October 2, the restrooms served nearly 2 million visitors, with a peak daily visitor volume of 360,000. Thanks to thorough planning and coordination as well as the dedication of staff, the restrooms remained clean and tidy throughout the opening period.
Participating in this project gave me a profound understanding of China’s development achievements over the past 74 years. Throughout the project, we achieved self-growth and gained a strong sense of accomplishment amid challenges. Looking ahead, we will keep improving our technical strength and operational capacity, pursue innovative breakthroughs in more fields, and contribute to the development of our country.
