To further deepen industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation, steadily advance the special campaign of "Visiting Enterprises to Expand Job Opportunities and Promote Employment", and actively support the development of the Belt and Road Initiative, teachers and students from the School of International Cooperation and Exchange, Weifang Engineering Vocational College, visited Shandong Best Integrated Housing Co., Ltd. on April 30. The visit was led by Lang Qun, Deputy Mayor of Wujing Town, Linqu County, and relevant officials from the Linqu County Bureau of Veterans Affairs, to carry out activities for school-local-enterprise collaboration in advancing the internationalization of vocational education.

Pan Hao, General Manager of Shandong Best Integrated Housing Co., Ltd., gave a detailed introduction to the company’s main business, development history, and achievements of its "Going Global" strategy in response to the Belt and Road Initiative. Teachers and students toured the enterprise product exhibition area to gain first-hand knowledge of the technical features, application scenarios and overseas market layout of integrated housing. After the visit, both sides held a special forum and had fruitful exchanges on topics including employment of international students, order-oriented talent training, and the concept of "education following production output and vocational education going global". A preliminary consensus was reached regarding the employment of international students from Uzbekistan.

This event serves as a vivid practice of tripartite collaboration among the school, local government and enterprise to advance the internationalization of vocational education and serve the development of the regional open economy. Moving forward, the School of International Cooperation and Exchange will take this opportunity to continuously deepen practical cooperation with Shandong Best Integrated Housing Co., Ltd., accelerate the delivery of tangible results in international student employment, joint development of order-based training classes and vocational education overseas projects, and contribute vocational education strength to advancing the Belt and Road Initiative and the high-quality economic and social development of the local area.
