On October 12, our county held the 2022 welcome meeting for veterans returning home and the opening ceremony of adaptive training. Gao Xingjiang, member of the Party Leadership Group and deputy director of the County Veterans Affairs Bureau, Liu Baofeng, full-time deputy secretary of the County Public Employment and Talent Service Center, Liu Junji, member of the Party Committee of the School of the County Vocational Education Center, Zhang Zhipeng, member of the Party Committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the County Rural Commercial Bank, the head of the retired servicemen service stations in all towns and streets (parks), and the retired servicemen in 2022 attended the meeting.

In the past, when I joined the army, I sharpened my ambition to serve the country. Now, I am embarking on a new journey. Yu Zhenhua, the representative of the retired servicemen in 2022, made a speech. Pan Hao and Zhang Dong, the typical representatives of the retired servicemen in entrepreneurship, introduced their experience based on their own work and employment and entrepreneurship respectively. Zhang Zhipeng, the member of the Party Committee of the County Rural Commercial Bank and the secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, explained the financial policies to everyone.

Gao Xingjiang first expressed warm welcome and sincere condolences to the veterans who returned home after their glorious retirement. He also said that the people's army is a strong guarantee for national construction and development. During their service, everyone listened to the Party's command, was loyal to the Party, and took root in the military camp. They successfully completed various urgent, difficult, and dangerous tasks, contributed to national defense construction, won glory and added luster for their hometown Linqu, and fully demonstrated the good quality of Linqu youth. I hope that in the future work and life, we will stick to the correct political direction, always keep a high degree of consistency with the CPC Central Committee in thought and action, give full play to the vanguard role of ex servicemen, strive to show new achievements in new posts, create new achievements, and use our wisdom and sweat to contribute to the high-quality economic and social development of our hometown.
