On July 30, Tan Yanling, leader of the "Four Advances" Task Force dispatched by Shandong Province to Linqu, together with Jiang Xianfu, former Director of Linqu County People's Armed Forces Department and Chief Advisor of the County Red Culture Research Association, Wang Qiye of the County Red Culture Research Association, and Cheng Guangfu, Vice President of the Association, visited Pan Hao, an outstanding veteran of Weifang City and General Manager of Shandong Best Integrated Housing Co., Ltd., in Wujing Town. 

Pan Hao, a native of Panjiabu Village, Yiyuan Town, Linqu County, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He enlisted in December 2004 at the Launch and Test Station of Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center. He took part in the launch missions of Shenzhou-6, Shenzhou-7, Shenzhou-8, Shenzhou-9, Tiangong-1 and Tiangong-2 spacecraft, more than 30 satellite launch missions and over 10 missile test missions. He once served as a spacecraft transfer operator and satellite transfer commander. He was awarded the Third-Class Merit twice and received four commendations. He retired from active military service in December 2012. In 2018, he founded Shandong Best Integrated Housing Co., Ltd. In 2022, he was honored as "Star of Veteran Entrepreneurship in Weifang City" and "Star of Veteran Entrepreneurship in Linqu County". 

The visiting group toured Best’s premises in detail and listened to General Manager Pan’s introduction on corporate development. Leader Tan affirmed the achievements made by Best in innovative development and extended festive greetings to him. She expressed the hope that Best would achieve faster and sounder growth, set an example for other veterans, and maintain the fine qualities of military personnel even after leaving the service.
